In school building there are total 16 class rooms 2 Lab Hall and 16 Toilets and Urinal. In this year we have a total 316 students, 13 teachers, 1 librarian, 1 LDC & 2 peons. In our school there are bus facility providing to rural areas children who were come from 25 Km. away nearby villages. Our school has play ground, gardens, auditorium etc.
Special Features of the school:
Basically a DAV M.P.School will have infrastructure and facilities of the same standard as in a Kendriya Vidyalayas and with stipulations on pupil –teacher ratio, ICT usage, holistic educational environment, appropriate curriculum and emphasis on output and outcome. Some of the key features of a DAV M.P.School will be:
• Education provided in a DAV M.P.School should be holistic and integral touching upon physical, emotional and aesthetic development in addition to academics.
• Necessary infrastructure will be provided in such schools not only for satisfying teaching needs, but also for sports and co-curricular activities.
• There will be sufficient scope for sports, recreation and outdoor activities. Facilities like play ground, gardens, auditorium etc. will be provided in DAV M.P.Schools,
• These schools will have adequate ICT infrastructure, internet connectivity and full time computer teachers.
• These schools will be provided with Arts and Music teachers besides subject specific teachers as per the usual norms. These schools will also create facility for activities emphasizing Indian heritage and art & craft.
